Steve Quesinberry
Teacher, Historian, Author, Speaker
I have taken pleasure in learning about the past since I was a child. Little did I realize then that I would spend most of my adult life learning and sharing history with others, from high school students to senior citizens. I decided to write my first local history book in 2011, and it took me more than ten years to complete.
It was worth it.
I enjoyed the research so much that after releasing Better Men, I decided to delve further into local history. In 2022, I began work on Flagship, Newnan High School: A Chronicle of Community, Tradition, and Legacy, which was released on April 21, 2026.
The best way to keep up with the projects I am currently working on is to subscribe to my newsletter below, which I send out every 3 to 5 months.
If you have information about one of my current projects or would like to contact me for any reason, please click the CONTACT link above.
Coming Next:

Keep in Touch!
I do almost no social media; I don’t have time for it. If you want to keep up with what I am doing, I would love for you to subscribe to my quarterly newsletter. Every three to five months, I will give you an update on my work in local history, how you might help, and where I might be speaking next. I will also let you know what interesting history events are happening here locally. I will not share your email address, nor will I fill your inbox!
If you subscribe, you will receive one or even two emails to confirm that you want to receive my newsletter. Please push the button to confirm. Thank you!
